Our Card of the Day is from the Major Arcana part of the Guardian Angel Messages Tarot Deck by Radleigh Valentine and artist Dan Craig. The Major Arcana deals with major life events. In the traditional Rider – Waite Tarot deck, this card was called “The Tower”.
In the image of the card we can see that a person is being lead from a tower that is under threat from lightening and that this person is being lead away by their guardian angel who is holding a bright flame to guide their way. The tower is shrouded in darkness. The appearance of lightening could translate to a “lightening bulb moment” whereby you know that you cannot continue on your current path in life and need to make significant changes,
Other symbolism on the card includes a sand timer (showing the passage of time and how quickly it is running out), and a plant similar to ivy ( a symbol of intellectual achievement in ancient Rome and used in wreaths that were awarded to winners of competitions such as the Olympics). An orange butterfly is also included and symbolises transformation and growth, passion and courage, intuition and also idealism and bliss.
The number 16 in Angel Numbers relates to spiritual growth, harmony and balance.
The three focus words on the card are: Realization, Life change and Liberation.
Some people fear change and can find it challenging, but, it can lead you to a place that is much happier and brings great blessings. So, if you feel you are being lead to make changes in your life, leave behind old belief systems, people or situations that make you unhappy, this card is advising you to have faith and follow this guidance and intuition.
