Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an appointment made by the Client within 4 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.

In the case of a Client not attending an appointment (no show) either in person or online, no refund will be issued. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep safe the appointment date and time when booking.

In the event that an appointment needs to be cancelled by me, a full refund will be provided.

I ask that if a Client needs to cancel an appointment, that they contact me as soon as possible. I will try to rearrange the appointment time.
