Card of the Day – Regain your Focus. Perhaps today is your first (real) day back at work after the Christmas Holidays. The decorations are all down and its time to get back our focus on what we need to do today, to get back into a structure that will help us achieve our goals for today, this week or indeed this month.
If something has been distracting you of late for example disagreements with others, differences of opinion, not getting the present you wanted at Christmas, then it is time to set these aside and focus on what you want and what is of value.
