Sun Worship

I hope you are all making the most of the Sun wherever you are and whatever season it may be!
Not only do we boost necessary Vitamin D levels but just seeing the brightness and feeling the warmth of the Sun can boost our Serotonin levels thus balancing our moods and helping to reduce symptoms of Depression.
Here in Ireland today in the North West, we are having a beautiful sunny warm day, great for the Mind, Body and Spirit.
